The Super Eagles have officially opened camp in Rabat, Morocco, ahead of Thursday’s 2026 FIFA World Cup playoff clash against Gabon.

Six players — Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze, Tolu Arokodare, Olakunle Olusegun, and Wilfred Ndidi — have already checked in.

Head coach Eric Chelle, who called up 24 players for the crucial tie, is set to begin full training with the squad on Monday.

Nigeria will face Gabon in the semi-final, with the winner taking on either Cameroon or DR Congo in the final showdown.
