NNL: Akwa United Coach Offor Confident Ahead of Season Opener
Akwa United head coach Paul Offor says his team are ready for the new Nigeria National League season.
The Promise Keepers will begin their campaign against Ekiti United at the Uyo Township Stadium on Sunday.
Offor expressed confidence in the quality of the players recruited following what he described as a challenging pre-season.
He also explained that the team intends to share goal-scoring responsibilities among its players rather than depend solely on the strikers.
The coach believes the new additions, particularly in midfield and defence, will help the team make a positive start.
